Conference Facilities

All the rooms at our newly opened Bryn Conference Centre have been created to cater for a wide variety of uses. We have  3 training or seminar rooms that will comfortably seat from 18 to 24 people in a classroom setting  and up to 45 if cinema style seating is specified. These light and airy rooms overlook the surrounding trees and gardens to our facilities and all come complete with large whiteboard, fast speed wireless broadband connection, free chilled water and plenty of free parking. A choice of  lunch menus can also be supplied from our in house refreshment area  if  required.  If something a bit larger is needed for corporate presentations etc, then our main auditorium with comfortable seating for up to 140 delegates may be more suitable for your needs. Seating can be altered to suit your specific requirements and our presentation stage is large enough for a small band, D.J. or public speaker or panel to operate from. Our 1200 sq ft 60 seat refreshment area and lounge is adjacent to the main arena and can be cleared for special events or exhibitions if  required.  

Our main auditorium has clear access through double doors to the main loading area for setting up and dismantling of sound and lighting equipment etc and we have pallet trucks and trolleys available. Getting to our facilities is made easier by virtue we are on good road links to both North Wales and the main motorway networks and parking adjacent to our site is free.
