Our office is not always open as our staff operate from a number of different locations. It is therefore advisable to telephone our office number before making a special journey.
Proof of identity is required. Please bring photographic identification and a recent utility bill. A contact telephone number is also required in case of emergencies. All goods must be insured by the owner. Most household policies include temporary storage cover. Customers can use their own padlocks if preferred. (A £10 deposit is charged for company padlocks).
