Unlimited access to YOUR storage room.

You can come and go to your storage room as often as you please during normal office hours. We can even arrange for out of hours access by special arrangement. Unsupervised access by way of our number coded latch key entry system available upon request.

We only charge for the space used.

We GUARANTEE never to charge you for a room or storage area that is larger than the one you actually need. If you chose a room and find it is too large for your needs we will allow you to move to a smaller one without any fuss. (subject to availability)

Covered unloading/Loading Bay.

Keep your self and your belongings dry if it is raining when you come to unload. Our newly built covered loading canopy is large enough for almost any vehicle.

Discounts for long term rentals.

If you book and pay in advance for 4 weeks or longer we will give you a discount (up to 20% if paying by standing order) off your storage rental price for the whole period of your stay. (payment terms apply)

Dry, Clean and Secure.

24 hour recorded and monitored CCTV is in operation both inside and out of the storage warehouse. Additional night patrols of our locked and gated complex ensure that incidents of crime or vandalism are avoided. All our rooms are cleaned and floors washed between lettings. We do not permit the storage of certain items that some facilities allow and that may adversely affect you and other users of our facility. (see our terms and conditions). All our rooms are internal storage. We do not use metal storage containers that have very serious problems with damp and condensation even when they are fully insulated. (check other companies small print if you are unsure)

Wide & well lit corridors.

Many storage facilities have very narrow and restricted access to their rooms. They may even be on another floor of the building. Large furniture items can therefore become difficult to manoeuvre. All our corridors are at least 6'0” (1.8mtrs) wide. Most of our smaller rooms have 7'0” x 36” doorways and the larger rooms have double doors that are either 4'6” or 6'0” wide.

Rentokil Vermin Protection.

Many storage companies have terrible problems with rats, mice and crawling insects. Even large modern facilities suffer from this problem as well. Our facility is covered by a systemic vermin prevention contract supplied by the market leaders at Rentokil to prevent problems with vermin and crawling pests.

Simple contracts and NO DEPOSIT.

Customers need to provide proof of identification (driving licence or passport etc) and sign a simple booking contract. And that's it! Simply turn up, book in and pay the first period of rental and you can normally move in straight away. Bring your own padlock or we will gladly supply one for you for a small refundable deposit.

Delivery/Collection available.

If you don't have your own transport available, don't worry, we can come and collect or deliver it for you. Our fully lined 13 cubic mtr vans are normally large enough to accommodate most items you have to store. You supply the labour and we will do the driving. Please ask for a free quotation at very reasonable rates.

Business users welcome.

Being available to receive your unscheduled deliveries can sometimes be a bit of a problem. Why not let us accept them for you. We will put them into your storage room if required and normally don't make any additional charges for this service. (large numbers of deliveries may incurr a small cost)
